With over 20 years of accumulated expertise and a dedicated team of mold engineers, we develop 120 new molds annually — including 65 plastic injection molds and 55 metal stamping molds. Using advanced 3D design software and precision machining equipment, every mold is crafted to micron-level tolerances. Stage 2: Injection Molding — Precision at Scale

Step into our injection molding workshop and you will find 90 high-speed injection molding machines operating around the clock. Real-time parameter monitoring ensures that every cycle produces parts with consistent dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and mechanical strength.

Our stamping workshop houses 45 high-speed precision presses that churn out over 1,100 reels of stamped terminals daily, totaling more than 30,800 reels per month at full capacity. Each terminal — the conductive core of every connector — undergoes rigorous in-line inspection for burr control, plating consistency, and spring force reliability. From raw copper alloy strip to finished contact, the entire process is automated and monitored.

Stage 4: Automated Assembly — Speed Meets Consistency

At the heart of ZGWD's WTB, BTB, and FPC production lie over 400 fully automated assembly machines. These intelligent systems handle everything from terminal insertion and contact staking to final product forming — all without human intervention. Daily output reaches 3.5 million pieces for WTB/BTB connectors and 3 million pieces for FPC assemblies. Automation not only drives efficiency but also eliminates variability, ensuring every connector that leaves our line performs identically to the last.

Stage 5: Quality Inspection — Zero Compromise

Quality is not a checkpoint at the end — it is embedded throughout the entire production flow. ZGWD's independent Quality Center operates a full spectrum of testing protocols: from incoming material analysis using anime image measuring instruments and micro-hardness testers, to in-process checks with insertion/extraction force testers and resistance analyzers, to final environmental validation using salt spray chambers, humidity chambers, and glow wire testers. With IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and UL certifications backing our quality system, we maintain a first-pass yield rate of 98.7% or above.
